CHECK ME OUT! A relaxed Granville with a most awesomely invisible placket

Oh I am too FUNNY! I've made a checked shirt (yes checks, Australians don't say plaid) and I just love it. Over winter I tried to source some flannel in black and white, but wasn't prepared to buy online. I'm kicking Past Sarah. Normally she's pretty awesome and makes smart decisions but she left behind THE perfect Gorman fabric at Clear It a year or two back and I've never forgiven her. Anyway, I found this surprisingly lovely quality cotton check at Spotlight a while back and it had to do.

The resort collection begins - Olivia Wrap Dress

Lovely seamstresses, well wishers and internet randoms who have found their way here, I do believe I've made one of my most favourite garments ever! My latest project for Stitch 56 is a sleeveless version of the Named Olivia Wrap dress. Check it out here!

Finished - a jumper I'll actually wear - the decropped Jo Sharp crop top

My knitting the last 12 months has been slow, intermittent and often painful due to a chronic tendinitis issue but I'm persevering and managed a couple of months ago to finish this fluffy, muppet-like jumper based on a pattern by Jo Sharp.

Finished - Frocktails outfit - Elisalex as skirt plus Coco top!

Never one to rush things I've finally fished my Frocktails outfit out of the delicates washing basket to reenact. From these photos it was clear that (a) I needed a haircut (done), and (b) I needed a new bra (yet to be done). Oh well. My photoshop skills are definitely not up for addressing frizzy hair or a saggy bosom.
